Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.

1) Processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and destination requirements.

2) Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide, except:

  • Where shipping is not legally permitted, and

  • Within South Korea (we do not ship domestically in Korea).

If your destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

3) Delivery time estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • 3–10 days (3 days for nearby destinations; up to 10 days for the farthest destinations)

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4) Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, package weight/size, and selected shipping method.

5) Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

6) Customs, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

7) Incoterms (FOB)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made under FOB (Incoterms) terms.

8) Shipping delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

9) Lost, stolen, or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or building reception, and contact the carrier for further details.

If you still need assistance, contact us at info@gerty.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the case

10) Damaged packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@gerty.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

11) Returns related to shipping

If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy [LINK]. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are handled according to that policy.
